Staff Appreciation Lunch!

Year one with a pandemic has not been easy but CTR is determined to have a team that feels appreciated and supported every step of the way. Here’s how CTR roles…

1. CTR provided extra paid time off for those who had to quarantine while waiting for test results in 2020 until government programs kicked in.
2. CTR employees were given 2 extra paid days off that can be used for COVID testing or mental recharge.
3. CTR provides an excellent benefits program (health benefits, RRSP’s, sick days). Starting 2021 health benefits even improved and are now cheaper to employees.
4. CTR continues to support those who are taking courses for personal and/or professional development: Dale Carnegie, Toast Masters, and Red River College.
5. CTR has continued with employee appreciation events and traditions – COVID safe lunches, CTR “All Star” shirts, and birthday treats each month are just a few examples!

Thank you, CTR. You deserve to be treated like the stars you are! Shout out to the Silver Heights restaurant for yesterdays pulled pork, home fries and coleslaw, individually wrapped for each of us!!! Delish!
