Responsibilities – Warehouse Support
- Pick orders from warehouse
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Check orders that have been picked by peers and enter into Excel
- Report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Attend daily 9:00 AM standups
- Other duties as assigned
- Flex in locations if required for temporary support: Northern, EastPoint, and Wall Street
Responsibilities – Accounting
- Driver tracking, daily into Excel
- Scan pick tickets and driver slips daily
- Organize and sort invoices from shipping and picking groups daily
- Match packing slips to invoices daily
- Record and rectify incorrect PO’s and pricing discrepancies daily
- Month end: review and confirm statements for paid invoices / outstanding items
- Enter accounts payable transactions daily
- Rectify refunds and credits daily / every second day
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Preferred (not required) working experience as a warehouse worker and office administrator
Proficiency in Microsoft programs: Excel, Outlook and Word
Familiarity with operational warehousing practices and methods
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Forklift experience an asset – CTR to train on-site
