If you want to set the tone for your team - LEAD BY EXAMPLE to demonstrate that everyone can help even if your job description fails to mention housekeeping or building maintenance.

Recently (and fortunately as per usual) we had a few all-star helpers who went out of their way to clean our kitchen, stock and dust the store shelves, wash windows, and shovel our front entrance over the winter. Thank you and huge examples of teamwork! Big thank you’ s to Christine, John T, Vicki, and Adel. Your actions are very much appreciated and CTR is better because of you.
