It's ok to change your mind…

CTR stands by its product. If a product is faulty, incorrect or you have simply changed your mind; we will do our best to accommodate a return or exchange. Due to our wide array of product we will make a verbal commitment to you based on each individual product return policy at the time of purchase. In general if parts are in their original packaging and are deemed by the seller as being previously installed, damaged or opened, then we (the seller) will not return the item. CTR does warrant that our products will be free of defects for 90 days from the original invoice date.  Any acknowledged defect arising during the warranty period will be remedied by Central Transport Refrigeration.

Electrical parts- We will not return electrical parts or equipment if they appear to have been previously installed.
